Reheating Instructions
Reheating (Pick-up/Take-out) - Our Nonna pizzas come back to life real easy!
If using a pizza stone, place it on the top rack of the oven. (If you don't have a pizza stone - place a baking sheet on the top rack upside-down)
Preheat the oven to 450 ℉ and wait 5 minutes after the oven reaches desired temperature to allow stone (or tray) to fully heat.
Transfer the pizza onto parchment paper and place on the hot stone or baking sheet.
Reheat in the oven for 6 minutes. Enjoy!
Reheating (Frozen Pizza) - Congratulations! You’ve made a delicious purchase!
Thaw the frozen pizza in the fridge overnight or let thaw at room temperature for 1 hour.
If using a pizza stone, place it on the top rack of the oven. (If you don't have a pizza stone-place a baking sheet on the top rack upside-down)
Preheat the oven to 450℉ and wait 5 minutes after the oven reaches desired temperature to allow stone (or tray) to fully heat.
Place the pizza directly on the stone or baking sheet and cook for 6 - 8 minutes. (If you like crispier edges, add 2 minutes)
Carefully remove pizza from the oven and cut into 4 even pieces
Finish with salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and enjoy this delicious slice from Nonna’s’ kitchen.
